Our Services Include
RCA Standard Appraisal Package:
Service price - $50.00
In-house service - A letter will be provided with a statement of value and any further information that RCA can find on your firearm. This letter can be requested in formats ranging from legal use to personal use. For example, perhaps you need to assess an estate you inherited or obtain insurance to cover your firearm collection.

RCA Premium Research Package:
Service price - $250.00
A letter will be provided with a statement of value and any further information that RCA can find on your firearm.
RCA will spend additional time with our in-house research. We will also work with partners and outside resources to determine what can be obtained on your firearm.
History can be found through various methods of research ranging from archival information, factory records, collector communities, personal stories, and so much more.

RCA Consignments
Evaluation:
Processing fee - $35.00 per firearm.
- The firearm must be in working order and determined safe.
- The firearm must have an identifiable manufacturer, model, serial number, and caliber/gauge.
- The firearm will be checked to ensure they are not stolen property and indeed belong to the consignee.
Consignment Details:
Commission fee – 20% of the final sale price.
- We will consult with the consignee on setting the price point.
- We require the consignee to fill out a form of contract which will be for a 90 day period.
- The consignee will be given a copy of the signed contract.
- All firearms are stored securely in our facility for the duration of the 90 day period.
- Should something happen to the firearm while in our possession, we will cover any damages or losses.
- If the firearm does not sell, there is no charge from the commission fee, but the processing fee must still be paid.
- If the firearm is withdrawn from consignment during the 90 day period, the processing fee will not be refunded.
- The consignee will be paid by RCA when the buyer is fully satisfied after an examination period of three days following the sale and reception of the firearm or firearms by the buyer.
